Makita 7305 Chisel Mortiser

This rare gem is probably the coolest thing in the whole lode.  It makes precise clean holes that require no chisel cleanup.  It clamps to the timber like a chain mortiser, and then works like a drill press to slice out a perfectly square hole (1-3/16"), up to 6" deep.  You can then move the head left/right and front/back without reclamping.  These are not sold in the US.  Again, it's like new, was barely used, but it does not have a box.  Not sure how to give you a comparison price, but on ebay, units in pristine condition like this run around $2k with shipping.  I'm asking $1000.
